Division Regrouping.

Due to the addition of boardgames lending there'll be four divisions instead of three. I have also noticed that the sales division is handling most of the work, thus the stocking of items will be taken over by operations, as the name suggest. Approximate number of members exclude heads. We currently are 22 in total, thus the pathetic sums. Kope juniors from your cca!

1) Publicity (3 members)
Head: Sanesh
Duty: Promote SiA. Find more juniors. Encourage sales via posters, speech, etc.

2) Operations (3 members)
Head: Darren Toh
Duty: Buy stocks suggested by sales division, find the lowest price on the market.

3) Sales (5 members)
Head: Aw Ming Quan
Duty: Sell.

4) "Boardgames lending" (5 members)
Head: {to be elected}
Duty: Convince people to pay for boardgames. Air-conditioned working environment. No customers then do homework.

In addition, I have found that the files are a hassle to carry around and that hand writings are harmful to the human eye and can be a possible cause of cancerous cells. Thus will be looking for a thumb drive to keep our records in soft copy. Don't worry, SiA funds will not be touched. I doubted there is any anyway.
